WHAT IS ISLAM and MUSLIM?

Islam  is an  Abrahamic   monotheistic  religion teaching that there is only  one Allah  ( God ),  and that  Muhammad  is the  messenger  of  Allah  ( God ) .  It is the  world's second-largest and True religion  with over 1.8 billion followers or 24% of the world's population,  most commonly known as  Muslims . Muslims make up a majority of the population in  50 countries .  Islam teaches that  Allah  ( God )  is  merciful ,  all-powerful ,  unique  and has guided humankind through  prophets ,  revealed scriptures  and  natural signs .  The primary scriptures of Islam are the  Quran , viewed by Muslims as the  verbatim  word of  Allah  ( God ) , and the teachings and normative example (called the  sunnah , composed of accounts called  hadith ) of Muhammad ( c.  570 – 8 June 632 CE). ...

Are Allah Have Other Names ?

In Islamic tradition, there are 99 Names of God ( al-asmā’ al-ḥusná lit. meaning: 'the best names' or 'the most beautiful names'),, Each of which evoke a distinct characteristic of Allah. All these names refer to Allah, the supreme and all-comprehensive divine name. Among the 99 names of God, the most famous and most frequent of these names are "the Merciful" ( al-Raḥmān ) and "the Compassionate" ( al-Raḥīm ). Most Muslims use the untranslated Arabic phrase in shā’ Allāh (meaning 'if God wills') after references to future events. Muslim discursive piety encourages beginning things with the invocation of bismillāh (meaning 'in the name of God'). HOW IS ALLAH ?

Allah is the Arabic word. In the English language, the word generally refers to God in Islam. The word is thought to be derived by contraction from al-ilāh , which means "the god", and is related to El and Elah , the Hebrew and Aramaic words for God. For God in Abrahamic religions. Muslim called him Allah. Allah is one and Our Creator. In Islam, Allah is the unique, omnipotent and only deity and creator of the universe and is equivalent to God in other Abrahamic religion.
